Refund policy

At ODO Jewelry, we want you to love every piece you purchase. If you’re unsatisfied, we offer a 10-day return period from the delivery date.

Returns

You may return unused and unworn items in original condition within 10 days of delivery.

To Start a Return:

- Email us at info@odojewelry.com with your order number.

- Once approved, ship the item back to us.

- Once received and inspected, we’ll refund your original payment method (minus the original shipping cost) within 14 business days. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 25 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please get in touch with us at info@odojewelry.com.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
